1. Nature of Our Services

Web Impian primarily provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development.
  • E-commerce development.
  • Website maintenance and support.
  • Digital marketing services.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Hosting and domain-related services.
  • Consultation and digital solutions.
  • Custom software and web application development.

As our services involve customized digital work and professional time, they are generally non-returnable once work has commenced.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

Clients may request a cancellation before any project work has started. If payment has been made and no work has commenced, Web Impian may, at its sole discretion, approve a full or partial refund after deducting any administrative, transaction, or processing fees incurred.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once a project has commenced, deposits, setup fees, consultation fees, and milestone payments are strictly non-refundable.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, Web Impian reserves the right to retain payments corresponding to work completed, hours spent, resources allocated, and third-party costs incurred.

4. Custom Development Services

Due to the customized nature of website development, software development, design work, and digital marketing services, refunds are not available for:

  • Completed project milestones.
  • Approved designs or revisions.
  • Custom coding or development work.
  • Consultation services.
  • Strategy or planning sessions.
  • Digital marketing campaigns that have already started.

5. Hosting, Domain Names & Third-Party Services

Payments made for hosting, domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, plugins, themes, APIs, advertising credits, and other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased, renewed, or activated.

Refund requests for third-party services are subject to the policies of the respective providers.

6. Subscription and Recurring Services

For recurring services such as maintenance plans, hosting services, or subscription-based offerings:

  • Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially used billing periods.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed.

7. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Web Impian, we encourage you to contact us immediately so that we may review the matter and attempt to resolve it.

Refunds based solely on subjective preferences, change of mind, business decisions, or delays caused by the client will generally not be approved.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Web Impian before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through their payment provider.

Where a chargeback is filed for services already delivered or substantially completed, Web Impian reserves the right to provide supporting documentation and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts where permitted by law.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original
payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds may take between 7 and 30 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider, financial institution, or payment gateway involved.

10. Exceptions

Web Impian reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may approve exceptions at its sole discretion where required by applicable law or exceptional circumstances.
