Web Impian has developed eComel.my, a web-based application designed to give parents free early screening for their children’s growth and development under the age of six. The application was launched as part of the Asnaf Parents’ Awareness Program on Early Childhood Development Intervention (0–6 Years), with the launch gimmick featuring a 3D hologram presentation and a specially produced video also presented by Web Impian team. Results from the screening can serve as a reference point for specialists, particularly at the Pusat Transformasi OKU (PTO), USM MA.

The program centers on five key developmental areas: language, communication, emotional, social, and motor skills, as well as learning, for children aged 0 to 6 years.

The launch ceremony was officiated by Yang Berhormat Mulia Tengku Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Mohamad Rizam bin Tengku Abdul Aziz, Tengku Temenggong Kelantan, who is also the President of MAIK, held at Kompleks Islam Jubli Perak Sultan Ismail Petra, Panji. Also gracing the event was Yang Mulia Tunku Puan Sri Dato’ Hajah Noor Hayati binti Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, Tengku Puan Temenggong Kelantan and YB Dato’ Hajah Rohani binti Ibrahim

e-Comel is being developed by Web Impian on behalf of MAIK, working alongside USM, translating their ideas and requirements into a functional system to fulfil the application’s core objectives. Within the context of asnaf families, the issue of child development must be approached with genuine empathy many parents are often more preoccupied with pressing daily needs such as earning an income, securing employment, meeting basic necessities, and fulfilling family responsibilities
