Web Impian, through its Managing Director, Encik Rizal Razak, conducted a Strategic Engagement Session on Bayarcash/BCL with Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia Negeri Melaka on Sunday, 9 August 2026, as part of ongoing efforts to support the Federation in strengthening its financial management and programme execution through a more efficient, transparent, and digital-driven approach.
The session took place at the UMNO Hang Tuah Jaya Office, Melaka, where Encik Rizal Razak provided an overview of how the Bayarcash/BCL platform supports payment processing, collections, record-keeping, and financial reporting for programmes in a more systematic manner.
The session was attended by the State Scout Commissioner of Melaka, Encik Noor Azmi bin Ujang, along with Scout Commissioners and programme chairpersons.
Through this engagement, Web Impian introduced management approaches that help reduce manual processes, streamline transaction records, and simplify payment and registration matters for the programmes carried out by the Federation.
The session also opened discussions on the potential for a strategic collaboration between Web Impian and Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia Negeri Melaka, particularly in supporting the digital transformation of the organisation’s management and future programmes.
