The programme titled “The Future of AI Powered Workspace” was successfully held on Sunday, 8 February 2026, at Port B – Coworking Space & Virtual Office, Mezzanine Floor, PT 178-179, Jalan Hamzah, Seksyen 19, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The programme ran from 10.00am to 1.00pm and drew an enthusiastic attendance of 20 participants.
The event was a collaborative initiative organised by Web Impian, Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia Kelantan (DPMM), Lark Technologies, Kuppo and YNS with the goal of introducing participants to the latest developments in AI-powered digital workspaces. Attendees gained hands-on insights into how platforms like Lark can serve as a comprehensive solution for managing team communication, meetings, documents, calendars, and task management — all within a single unified workspace.
The programme featured three experienced speakers from their respective fields. Engku Helmy, Lark Ambassador and Lead HRDF Trainer, led the main session with in-depth, practical sharing on the application of AI in modern work environments. Yongxu Zhou, Lark Community Manager from China, joined the event to offer a global perspective on how Lark is being adopted internationally across various industries. Meanwhile, Zulhamidi, an HR expert, facilitated discussions around the challenges and opportunities that HR professionals face in today’s era of digital transformation.
